Bring on the shorts, it’s summertime! One of this summer’s trends that I love are distressed denim shorts. Of course, I found a pair at one of my favorite retailers, New York And Company. I can always trust them to have just want I need. These bermuda style distressed shorts are so adorable! The rips are all in the right places and the length is on point. These will definitely refresh your summer wardrobe.
Today, I am sharing two looks. I wore a pair of distressed Bermuda shorts with an off-the-shoulder top from Old Navy, completing my look with a thong slide by Vince Camuto. This is a fun, relaxed look and the light blue wash of the denim shorts pairs well with the white top.
With my second look, I elevated my style simply by adding a vibrant color and wearing a lightweight jacket. The darker wash of the shorts gives them a sophisticated look. I completed my look with a pair of platform sandals. You can’t do summer without wearing bright hues and cute sandals!
I purchased three pair of these shorts in the Bermuda style! I love them and you will too. Styling tip: shorts comes in sizes 0-20. Size down when buying them. I normally wear a size 10 in NY&CO pants, but I purchased an 8 and they fit nicely.
