Blogger Style: BOHO CHIC

Happy Monday, everyone! I am looking forward to the first day of Spring and to all of the music festivals that will start soon. One of my favorite things about Spring is that the weather is just right. If we didn’t have so much pollen here in Georgia, it would be perfect. But with music festivals going on and events in the parks, its time to get boho chic.
The Bohemian style is timeless and no matter what’s trending, it will always be around. The feminine fashion of the tops and playful tunics are stable pieces for festivals and vacay styles. The flare jeans have a chic retro appeal and pairs perfectly with a loose fit peasant top and flat sandals.

I own several boho chic pieces. I am wearing a beautiful lace kimono with a graphic tee and faux leather flare pants. You can actually create this same look with a pair of flare jeans.  A bohemian style wouldn’t be complete without a statement crossbody bag. The choker I am wearing adds more style to this day look. The Spring weather is the perfect time to wear those pieces you couldn’t wear in the winter because it was too cold and you can’t wear in the summer because it’s too hot.

My cute little bag is by Vince Camuto. One of my many Marshalls finds.

As the sun goes down, I will be warm and comfortable in this outfit. I will have no problem walking on the grass in my chunky heel sandals. You have to keep that in mind ladies. So, what do you think of the bohemian style? Would you wear this look? Feel free to share your thoughts.

I love the lace detail in this kimono. This is a stable piece you can wear all year round. I can see wearing this kimono with my black one-piece swimsuit.
