It’s Hump Day and Easter is just three days away! The weather has not shown any signs of Spring. We might get a few warm and sunny days, but as soon as we do, Winter strikes again! This can make transitioning from your winter to spring wardrobe difficult, but where there’s a will, there’s a way. The key is layering your favorite Spring pieces to keep you warm.
This is the perfect time to take advantage of wearing your bright or neutral color jackets/blazers. Instead of wearing trousers, you could opt for a chic pair of culottes or a skirt. Pair them with a floral blouse or striped top. If you feel it’s too cool for sandals, wear pastel or nude color shoes. A floral print scarf is also the perfect addition to amp up your Spring style. It will keep you warm while looking stylish at the same time.
We were having a beautiful, warm day in Atlanta when I took these photos. It was warm, but not hot enough for a sleeveless top and shorts. To create this look, I paired a floral top with a pair of lightweight culottes. My cropped khaki jacket is adorable and is perfect for the weather. To complete my look, I am wearing a pair of transparent sandals by Steve Madden. The oversized leopard clutch was a plus for this look. This print can be worn year round.
I hope this will help with your winter-to-spring wardrobe transition. Until next time, have a fashionable day!
