Blogger Style: Boss Babe Fur Shrug

Hello everyone! This past week was a busy, busy one for me. My son joined the Air Force and over the weekend, my hubby and I hosted a going-away party for him. We wanted to send him off with special wishes and blessings from friends and loved ones who have known him since he entered this world.  He left for San Antonio, TX yesterday and although I am super excited for my son’s future, I will miss him dearly. I ask that you all keep Ricky in your prayers as he starts his new journey! I will make sure to keep you updated with his progress!

Now, let’s get into this boss babe fur shrug that I am wearing! It was created by designer Yvette Burke of @itsayburke and its so gorgeous! I love the super crop style and the lining makes this sweet furry peace so warm. It’s a standout piece that will pair well with any mock neck top, dress or bodysuit. I am wearing it with a pair of black pants also designed by @itsayburke. My bodysuit is from Victoria’s Secret, I got it on sale during the holidays. The one thing I love about fashion is that you can create whatever style you are feeling. This shrug gives me sexy vibes, yet the style is classy and sophisticated. You can accessorize with a fascinator and layer it over a cute slip dress. It’s such a fun piece that you can play around with styling in so many ways.
