LifeStyle Change With Eat To Evolve

Delivered to your front door!

Happy Wednesday! I can’t believe we are already in the middle of the week. I have a lot that I want to share with you. One is that I recently lost 16 pounds due to the fact that I am pre-diabetic and had to make some lifestyle changes. I started by changing how I eat, drinking more water, and working out a little more. I still have some more weight to lose and there are those days when I have to reach for something sweet or I just don’t feel like working out. I have been consistent though, with drinking my water and eating healthier meals during the week.

I was so excited when Eat to Evolve reached out to me to try their pre-made meals! Eat to Evolve is a healthy, pre-made meal plan subscription or you can pick your own meals a la carte. You place your order every Friday by 10:00 AM CST for Monday Ship out! The meals are never frozen and are ready to eat in 120 seconds or less. Now, in my first few weeks of receiving meals, I wasn’t clear if I had to freeze them or not, but I learned that they can be kept in the refrigerator until the “freeze by” date on every label. This is a plus for me!

Their meal plans are Paleo, KETO, EVOLVE30, and Primal. Did I tell you that all meals are chef-prepared? They are cooked over the weekend and shipped out on Monday mornings in a box designed to keep them cool and fresh (ice packs included). They run their own refrigerated trucks to your area and give them to a local FedEx for delivery. They are so easy guys! They offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, grab n go, and snacks! My favorite picks are the Bacon and Tomato Egg Bites, Chicken Fried Cauli Rice, Peppercorn Crusted Brisket With Roasted Tomatoes and Asparagus, and that’s just to name a few.

These meals have helped me with managing my weight and eating healthier. My glucose levels have been great and I have more energy! Visit Eat To Evolve and use my code QUINTAN15 to save 15% off your order. You are able to manage your subscription if you need to skip a month or order a la carte! It’s worth the try!
